Welcome to Hope in the Hills Counseling!
Starting therapy can feel intimidating. Many people sense something isn’t working, but aren’t sure where to begin. It isn’t necessary to have everything figured out to take the first step.
Sarah A. Sevedge, PhD, LMHC, provides telehealth therapy to adults in Washington and Idaho. With over eighteen years of experience in mental health, her work is rooted in trauma-informed, client-centered care. She supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, attachment concerns, and the lasting effects of difficult life experiences.
Her approach is warm, steady, and collaborative. Therapy becomes a place for honest reflection—where people are allowed to be human without shame, and also invited to look clearly at the patterns shaping their lives. The work unfolds at a pace that can be held, guided by what matters most and the quiet work of building a life that feels meaningful—even when it isn’t always happy.
For those feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for change, support is available.
